Previously… oh right this is Thursday!

More behind the scenes footage tonight! Alex giving Steve his Train the Trainers workout.
Sammy comes to Camp! To have a chat and stuff.

Previously on The Biggest Loser there was a big group workout and the contestants all did a good job at getting some Aussies working up a sweat!

The contestants hosted a cocktail party, catered by themselves mostly, then mingled with a bunch of singles from a dating service and from the internets.
So, they mingled with a bunch of creepers!

Tonight! Loser Legend Bob returns for a chat, along with a couple of Aussie sporting legends. And Masterchef champ Eamon Sullivan.
Later, they revisit the crazy obstacle course from earlier in the show where two champions from each team had to traverse the various obstacles together.

But first the contestants come out onto the paradeground to meet all four trainers. Never a good sign, usually means they’ve cooked something up for them.

So how’d the cocktail party go? They had fun. Alex got “one or two” phone numbers, much to Mish’s delight.

Previously on The Biggest Loser it was the day the trainers all dread – Train the Trainers Day!

Then the contestants lead a thousand strong army of exercising people at Sydney Olympic Park. The contestants all showed a lot of confidence and had a great time.
Well, all the ones we’ve seen. Tonight we see Alex take his turn at training them.

Also tonight some fancy nibbly cooking with a chef followed by a fancy meet and greet and drinky nibbly funtimes. Time for the singles to mingle.

Gawd, I thought we were past that single/mingle crap?

Previously on The Biggest Loser… no more Switzerland. My heart is broken.

As is Margie’s after having to send Bek home at elimination.

Tonight… TRAIN THE TRAINERS! WOOHOOOOOOOO!
And then the contestants will be called on to train a random bunch of Aussies in a field somewhere.
You might even see me. Sitting on the sideline eating donuts. (Not really.)

The trainers are waiting for the contestants to come back into Loser Lounge to see who got sent home.
Shannan’s shattered to see Bek isn’t there anymore, chalking it up to the original contestants voting out the interloper.

Brenda’s glad to still be there but also sad because she’s lost Bek. Brenda wasn’t alone, she has the trainers and the other guys but it was still good to have Bek there supporting her.

Previously on The Biggest Loser, ALL the Switzerland. And Graham was sent home at the end of the Uber Challenge, much to the disappointment of people other than me.

Tonight the remaining contestants return “home” to Camp Biggest Loser to surprises galore. First some special visitors and then a surprise announcement at the weigh in.

It’s not going to be a Final Four this year, Hayley announces somewhat ominously.

Margie says they’ve had an amazing week in Switzerland but now they need to get back to normality at Camp.

As they get into Loser Lounge they have a letter already. Hayley’s left them a homecoming present of some kind. UHOH!

There’s a very loud knock on the front door and they go off to see who’s there. Nobody normally knocks on the door so perhaps it’s axe murderers?
