TBL 7×39 – NOODLE CONTEST. Also, manboobs. In mud.
Previously on The Biggest Loser… Simon got eliminated. Awwwwwww.
Tonight the contestants go rock climbing! And acrobatic-ing? Looks like fun.
What doesn’t look fun is Graham’s gruelling workout with Commando Steve out on the muddy paradeground. They’re going to have it out for the umpteenth time tonight. Will Steve finally get through to Graham?
Probably not.
Later the weekly Contest is one of those jump over a pole, duck under a pole, over and over and over things.
But first! Simon and Lisa have an emotional goodbye before Simon heads off into the outside world. Simon tells her it’s the best place for her.
And my PVR’s chucking a wobbly so this could get exciting!

TBL 7×38 – First Singles Weigh In, First Singles Elimination. First GRAHAM SMASH!
Previously on The Biggest Loser… Singles time. They were (mostly) already singles but now they’re technically not in teams anymore either.
Temptation saw a bunch of drama with Simon and Margie coming to verbal blows with Margie eventually earning herself Immunity.
Tonight! The weekly challenge concludes with the end of the sort-of-marathon. Margie and Lydia are competing for the 1kg advantage at weigh in after both Simon and Graham collapsed earlier during the event.
Also, Simon and Graham are still down and out after the challenge. Simon looks a bit shellshocked by the whole ordeal.
Then at the weigh in the simmering tension between Steve and Graham finally comes to a head.
NOW KISS!
I mean, now fight! Looks like Steve’s sick of Graham saying he’s proud on the scales when he ain’t done jack and Graham’s tired of being told he ain’t done jack. Should be painfully awkward viewing.

TBL 7×37 – Friday, Friday, gotta do another recap on Friday.
Tonight! The game is getting dirty. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Eww.
Apparently some food shenanigans have been going on. We also get more of a look behind the scenes with Alex’s drama over being shackled to Graham. Some more footage of the contestants meeting their cardboard cutouts.
And Selena gets a makeover we’re all going to have to pretend she looks good as a result of. PRETEND SO HARD.
But first a bunch of replayed footage from the week. Hooray! This isn’t at all chewing up valuable time. It needs to hurry up, a storm is brewing outside!
Selena got eliminated this week and so now it’s time to have a catchup with her. Has she flourished on the outside?
Well, we already know she hasn’t.
She says seeing her family again as a “healthy person” is great. Her Dad is ex-Army and is making her workout on the beach. She’s still doing it half-assed, big surprise!
Her Dad seems quite happy with the changes in her and is very proud of her. Awww!

TBL 7×36 – Marathon-ish challenge leads to a variety of drama llama. Ding dong!
Previously on The Biggest Loser Alex was supposed to be chained to Graham but he chucked a tantrum and refused to do it.
Alex has since received… a 2kg weight disadvantage at weigh in. Pfffft.
Temptation this week is at the Sushi Train restaurant and it’s down to Margie and Graham competing for Immunity.
Tonight we find out if either of them manage to find it or if they both give up and let Michelle keep her useless Immunity.
But not before Margie and Simon have some harsh words to each other as the Temptation gets quite tense.
Later The Contest kicks off and it’s going to leave some contestants much worse for wear.

TBL 7×35 – Sushi Train at Sushi Train. SUSHI SUSHI SUSHI! (It’s all icky.)
Previously on The Biggest Loser the contestants were confronted with life size cardboard cutouts of themselves from Day One. And it was awful!
Then they ran 400 metres with the weight they’ve lost strapped to their bodies. Lisa won, getting to go on The Walk.
Tonight the repercussions from The Walk are going to hit home especially hard for Alex. He might even consider leaving? Or possibly actually leave?
Alex is nowhere in sight during the Sushi Train Temptation…
Lisa’s walking through the dank tunnel to get to the location for The Walk as we get going. She’s excited to seeing what power she’s going to get.
Lydia, meanwhile, is off to sit in The Bunker to spy on Lisa. Ugh.
Food, Training and Mystery are the boxes again. Hayley reminds her that they’re competing as Singles now and having power over the game is important.
Yeah yeah, this is the same stuff every week. The power could give them an edge but it could also put a target on your back.
Lisa’s weighing up her options. Food can have a big impact, Training isn’t such a big deal as most of them can do their training on their own now. But Mystery’s a Mystery and not necessarily targeted at someone in particular.
