TBL 7×19 – How many bricks could a fat chick shift if a fat chick could shift bricks?
Previously on The Biggest Loser Ryan put himself forward for Elimination and was of course sent home because he’s the biggest in the game and the laziest and less liked than Graham!
Tonight! Lots more training and another Contest kicks off. The prize is a 24 hour leave pass from Camp but to get it they need to be the fastest to move a tonne of bricks.
For those unfamiliar with the weight of a tonne of bricks it’s a bit more than 4 Ryans at the start of the show.
The competition is back to four teams again this week. And if they play their cards right they might have an easier path to the next week. But Hayley’s not going to reveal what she means by that just yet…
Blue and Black are waiting in Loser Lounge for the contestants to come back.
Margie says Ryan told them he’d put himself up because he hadn’t been doing the work and Luke had. Luke knows that it didn’t matter which of them went up, they’d be gone. Nobody was going to vote for Graham because he’s loveable. Awww!

TBL 7×18 – Sand dune of doom leads to an extra large elimination.
Previously on The Biggest Loser Hamish and Michelle sitting in a cabin, k-i-s-s-i-n-g. What does that spell? Uncomfortably discussing their feelings!
The yearly sand dune of doom challenge kicked off. It’s still Boys vs Girls and everyone on each team must make at least one trip.
When we left on Thursday night Ryan was making his one trip up the hill. He was barely halfway up and didn’t look like making it much further…
Tonight… He’s still going! As is Selena, though she’s ahead and manages to get to the top and flip her number over.
Ryan’s still crawling up the hill. He’s sinking into the sand all the time but he keeps telling himself to never quit and Steve and Shannan are walking beside him and urging him on. The rest of the team sees him as the weak link and he can’t let that continue.
Finally, Ryan reaches the top and struggles to his feet to flip the counter over.
Then he pretty much flails his way down the hill, arms flapping out to either side as he walks down the hill. Then he falls over. Shannan gets him back on his feet pretty quickly and tells him to fight the urge to fall over, push down the hill, fight to stay up.

TBL 7×17 – Footloose and Fancy Free Friday. Fnord.
Previously on The Biggest Loser… oh, right, this is a Friday episode!
Tonight we see Shannan blow a gasket during training, some more loveydovey stuff with Michelle and Hamish (oooooh!) and we get a special catchup with Brenda, one month after leaving Camp.
But first, Hayley casually sitting on a high director’s style chair introducing the show. Drama, biggest stories, blowups, emotion and a contestant makeover. Loser like you’ve never seen before, Hayley promises.
To be honest that all sounds exactly like what we get every single episode and this will just be some extra bits they couldn’t squeeze in at the appropriate time.
Before we get to any of the new stuff let’s have a MONTAGE! Show lots of things, happening at once, etc etc. It’s basically a quick recap of the week’s events. You’ve either been watching, reading recaps or don’t really care that much anyway. So let’s get on to the new stuff?
I’m not recapping the recap footage, by the way. If you really want to read about it, go back and read about it. Gosh!

TBL 7×16 – Temptation! Both of the food and the squidgysquidgy love kind!
Previously on The Biggest Loser the boys have been made to eat orange things all week. Which makes a change from them usually only eating orange things after the finale.
Also a fancypants Temptation kicked off. Lydia tried some crazy strategy that was no kind of strategy at all, as proven by Hamish screwing up her lame plan.
Hamish is now in the final faceoff with Ryan, Mr Voiceover Man says. But did we even see Hamish face off with Michelle yet?
Anyway. Later in the episode the weekly challenge kicks off and even though Loser will be on tomorrow night we will still have to wait until Monday to find out who wins, pffft!
Hamish is recapping the situation as it stands and he says there’s two people still to go, meaning Ryan isn’t in the final faceoff with Hamish. Mr Voiceover Man is a stupidhead.
As things pick up Ryan is sure he’s going to play but not sure if Hamish will do so. As Hayley rings her bell Ryan’s giant lump of meat where his hand should be grabs at the spoon but Hamish is right on the ball, grabbing it straight away.
Ryan’s now left wondering how many earlier bits Hamish has had to eat and thinks Commando AND Shannan will be giving Hamish a hard time. Because they’re one team.
Hamish has a smirk on his face and asks Ryan if he’s jealous. Ryan says nope, and he won’t be jealous when Hamish is crying.
Yeah, he’s getting a night away for sexy times with Michelle. Tears later, snogging first!

TBL 7×15 – Sweet, delicious Temptation. And oranges!
Previously on The Biggest Loser Brenda got sent home at Elimination after the alliance with White fell through.
Then BOYS VERSUS GIRLS! No longer in four teams they’re in just two.
At The Contest the girls managed to overcome the boys and win the right to go on The Walk.
As well as The Walk tonight the girls will have a training session where they right things on paper and then punch and kick the pieces of paper. You know, like they seem to do every season now.
Temptation kicks off. It’s fancy feasts all round! Everyone’s all dolled up and the various tempting foods will be brought in by a proper waiter and everything. Should be fun.
But first Lydia must go on The Walk. Lydia’s remembering the last time The Walk happened and Selena returning to the game as a result. She knows this is likely to be a big game changer.
Lydia arrives at the bunker and there’s three munition cases again. Same as last time, power over Food, Training or Mystery. Without getting to see inside first you’ve got to decide which one would be best and with there only being two teams this week, this power could make all the difference come weigh-in time.
Lydia’s worried there might be some backlash towards her depending on which option she takes. Well, it’s simple, choose Mystery. They’re going to understand you getting something bad for them out of that more than they will if you pick to mess with their Food or Training.
So, of course, Lydia picks the Food box! So much for her making the smart choice.
