Previously on The Biggest Loser the last of the Blue Team left Camp as Hamish was eliminated thanks to the treachery of Selena.

Tonight! Shannan’s going to be GUTTED. I can feel it in my bones.

Also, Old Dogs versus Young Pups. Which is going to cause a bunch of issues for Selena as Margie’s not going to put up with her slacking off in training, not one bit!

After Elimination Hamish gets time to have a chat to Michelle before leaving. Not at all a cynical ploy by the producers to get some smooshy footage!
Michelle wrote him a letter while White Team were off camping. It’s in an envelope. And has a love heart beside Hamish’s name. SMUSHY LOVE STUFF!

Michelle doesn’t want to say goodbye but says it hopefully won’t be forever. Hamish is hoping for many years to come with more enjoyment. Of each other’s company. Yep.
NOW KISS! Oooh, they do have a very shy-in-front-of-cameras kiss. Lips on lips! Big cuddle afterwards. Michelle sticks her bottom lip out and says she doesn’t want him to go. Another couple of kisses on the cheek. Bye Hamish. Awwww!

Previously on The Biggest Loser BEK WAS SEXY.

Wait, that was Friday. Anyway, Red and Black have a super duper double secret deal that totally isn’t an alliance. Simon took Temptation to snatch Immunity away from Hamish but will Red actually protect him at Weigh-In?

Probably not. Not after the weekly challenge saw everyone at each other’s throats but particularly Red and Black.
Graham won the right to choose a team to go without a trainer until Weigh-In.

Tonight! We find out he’s chosen Hamish. Come on, we all know that’s where it’s going.
Also the White Team return from the wilderness covered in mud and looking more than a bit feral. But Hamish doesn’t care, he’s going to hug smelly Michelle and think she’s beautiful because that’s what you do when you’re in love. Awww!

Also, Weigh-In, drama over the not-an-alliance, presumably two teams below the Yellow Line, etc etc.

Simon says Red will train fine without Mish being there while Hamish will struggle so it’s up to you.

Graham then says to Hayley that Red train really well without their trainer, ever since they’ve been there. So he’s choosing Hamish.

Tonight on The Biggest Loser… more from Luke’s night on the drink. More from Michelle and Hamish’s romance. More from the weekly Contest.

And sexy, sexy Bek’s sexy makeover to make her sexy. Er.

But before any of that stuff we’re watching this episode for… a whole bunch of recapped footage with some talking by Hayley about the things we can see on the screen. Snoooore.

Time for Bek’s catchup in her home town of Brisbane. She’s doing a lot of training every day, 5 hours she says, 2 hours cardio in the morning, an hour with a PT/weights during the day and 2 hours cardio in the afternoon. That’s Monday to Friday. On the weekends her brothers and sisters join her for training, making it a bit more fun but no less physical.
Bek’s sister says she’s drawing inspiration from Bek now.

Previously on The Biggest Loser the White Team got sent out to the bush until Weigh-In!

Tonight the Temptation continues for Simon. He’s determined to take Immunity away from Hamish, but how many more tasty treats will he have to eat to make that happen?
And will Margie even honour her agreement with him if he keeps going?

Also Hamish might finally be pulling his finger out in training, all because of a girl. AWWWWWWWWWW!

But as the episode starts we’re watching Simon chomp away on his hamburger still. And still loving it!

One barbie down, five left. Going again, Simon? Yep!
He tells us he’s playing only to stop Hamish getting Immunity. None of them want him to have it, but will Simon’s belly hold out long enough?

Previously on The Biggest Loser Bek got sent home at Elimination. Awwww.

Then after a midnight training session and race back to Camp the White Team has been banished to the bush to camp out for a couple of nights. No gym equipment, no beds, no showers. They gonna stiiiiink!
An endurance based Contest kicked off with a champion from the Red, Black and Blue teams having to stand on a pole out in the water. Last one still standing wins the power of The Walk.

Tonight we find out who wins between Red and Black as Hamish has already fallen off.
Also, Temptation! Including a pavlova as one of the options. I want a pavlova so bad. I’d totally fail at that Temptation.

Anyway, Margie and Simon have been balancing so long Hayley ups the ante some more and tells them they’ve got to balance on one foot until one falls.

And Simon teeters and totters and falls into the drink. Margie hops in not long after and is very happy that Red has won yet another Contest.

Three hours and thirty eight minutes is the final time. Crazy!

Margie will now get to go on The Walk. With whatever power that brings.
