Previously on The Biggest Loser the four head to head couples faced off with the losing Losers losing access to their trainers and equipment.

Michelle and Shannan arrive at Camp. Shannan says they’ve not seen them in over a day! Not a whole day! They might all be 400kg if they’ve had a whole day to themselves!

Tips on getting a good night’s sleep, tips on exercising while carrying an injury, Janella’s going to teach us to cook a healthy burger?!
And Laurie Lawrence drops by for a chat. He’s only ever been a coach so he can certainly talk the talk even if he can’t walk the walk!

Previously on The Biggest Loser the contestants were preparing for a head to head contest…

Tonight on The Biggest Loser, the head to head contests begin!
The losing Losers face the rest of the week without access to their trainers. The winning Losers get… Don’t know. Mr Voiceover Man was not forthcoming on that issue.

The contestants catch a ride in the cars to the Sydney Olympic Centre. Which they all think is a pretty cool place to be going for the day.
Hayley seems quite pleased to be there. Of course it’s not really anything new for her!

Previously on The Biggest Loser, many of the Losers made absolute pigs of themselves and David managed to win Immunity… and control of the coming week’s series of head to head challenges.

Tonight emotions run high (how unusual!) as contestants face up to their respective face offs.
Also, according to the TV Guide, someone’s getting a family visit. While it’s great that someone gets to see their loved ones each week it’s really getting a bit formulaic at this point…

Michelle and Shannan rock up and find the contestants in the lounge room looking… peculiar. So they know something is up.
Caitlin explains what happened. They revealed that the currency for the gamble was chocolate and Michelle thinks it speaks volumes that so many of them took part when they’ve been gambling with their health all their life…

Previously, Daina went home and I had a sad. :-(

Tonight, Temptation! And it looks like a bit of a fairground attraction with clowns and chocolate wheels and if there’s no fairy floss involved I will have another sad to add to my collection!

Another day, another mystery David says. But he’s up for any challenge they’re throwing at them today.

They walk in to the Temptation room and it’s all decked out like a circus. Clowns everywhere, merry go round ponies, strong man statues… and tables full of chocolate-y treats!
