How funny was Tiff during the training session they gave michelle!

The best was when she was walking/skipping with the backpack toward Michelle and whistling. Hahaha i was on the floor! She's a funny girl that Tiff :)

it's this episode each year that always shows me just how much behind the scenes shit the contestants go through… like burpees… i've maybe seen 3 or 4 of them done this year. but the talk between trainer – contestant suggests they do hundreds a day… it's just good becuase for me, it proves that they aren't just riding a spinbike for an hour or two a day, they're destroying themselves for that weight loss.. makes me feel better about my 1-2kg losses per week anyway =)

I couldn't get over that the Commando was carrying BOTH the bags up to the doorstep! Thats 100kg's! Very cool!
