I'm thinking Mythor has insider knowledge on this show. Also I don't think Shannon is really too impressed with the meal replacement programme. He just didn't sound too convincing talking about them. I don't care who goes this week, just as long as the brothers don't win the whole thing I'll be happy.

Yes, but that one was “cleverly worked in” so as to “seamlessly” fit into the show. I mean an out and out plug, probably with other contestants also coming along to pretend they're all doing well post-show. ;)

I agree, they showed a brief glimpse of a photo of mel and her fiancee before they showed the mysterious bright light of the visitor.

Its great that Holly & Mel won the challenge! =)
Yayyyy go team yellow!
But it is a shame that they want to go home!!!
They are my fav team, i love watching them.
In a way i do see where they are coming from, they are the lightest and there are people that need to be in the house more than they do. But i still wish they didn't want to leave.
If you think about it, the yellow and the light blue team provide us with the most entertainment, with them fighting one minute to being best friends to using each other.
But i hope everything turns out good for Holly & Mel.
