The way that Sean looks leads me to believe he and Ben are the ones to get back in the house. Think about it, no one else has looked remotely as good, Ben and Sean getting in the house and then getting eliminated again (or filming after the show finishes – how do we know that it's actually 'two months on') would lead them to huge weight loses. Good on Sean, he looked terrific.
