Ordinarily I don’t much bother posting spoilers, even on the odd occasion I find out ahead of time when things are going to happen. Most of the time you’re only going to find out soon enough anyway.

But Mr Voiceover Man’s description of Bob’s announcement tomorrow night including the word “shocking”? Well, that’s pretty shocking!

So I’m going to tell you what his big, shocking announcement is… right after this break!

Okay if you watched or read last week’s Wednesday episode (and if not, why not?) you’d recall that Bob received a visit from some of his family for managing to be the biggest loser for the second week running. Right?

And now this week he has a “shocking” announcement on the Wednesday episode?

Are you starting to see where I’m going with this?

Yes, that’s right, Bob’s “shocking” announcement is to do with another family visit. He’s going to announce that instead of seeing his family for a second week running he will instead be passing off the privilege to someone else.

If you don’t want to know anymore, now is the time to stop reading!

Bob’s “shocking” announcement is that he’s giving the family visit to Nathan, for his hard work and to help him push through this week with the whole “six versus one” thing.

It’s a very touching gesture and Nathan’s reaction to it is simply marvellous… But it is not, in any way, “shocking”.

And I really hate when they hype the shit out of stupid things. So I’m posting a spoiler for a change.
