My reasoning is that I think Kirsten doesn't have that much weight left to lose, and will be building muscle now (unless she pulls a Chris and starves herself), so I think Alison will end up with a greater result than her, as Alison has more to lose, particularly around her thighs and midsection. Sam, I think, will suffer from being outside of the house and away from having his nutrition provided for. I also get the feeling that he doesn't want to win the title as much as the other two. Even though Alison has her family to distract her, I think that ultimately they will moreso be a support and great motivation for her.
