You won't believe this! I am from Spain and I am a great fan of Biggest Loser Australia. I have recently watched the first season in Youtube and some parts of the second (I don't find it complete) and now I am starting to watch the 3rd season. It's a pity we don't have this programme in Spain! First season I saw myself a little bit like Fiona (she was 1'75cms and I'm 1,78cm= 5' 10") and this season I think I am like Nicola (almost same weight -I'm a little lighter- and maybe the same high) My parents have been always concerned about my weight too, always telling me to lose weight, which made me want to eat more! That's why I'd like to compare the progress that she makes at the same time I do. We have similar bodies and I have always been told I have a nice face, like her. I think it's a mistake not to say the high of the people 'cause that's a very important part of the weight!!! I also miss some lessons of eating right! I have noticed it's all about exercice but in the real life we cannot do 6 o 8 hours of exercise per day!!!! (sorry for my English.
