The men almost always lose more weight than the women. Munnalita's only real chance of winning is to ensure no men make it to the finale, it's probably the only way a woman will win the show, at least without cheating. There's also a chance Munnalita will start IVF treatment again once she gets out, or will try conceiving naturally. (Ew!) So she may end up pregnant and thus not be able to win anyway!
