However it could be a two edged sword: not only showing us that you can lose weight and keep it off, but on the other hand you can lose it and put it back on tenfold! I also hear that Courtney is in it a while longer. But I remember all the rumours last season about who stayed/went and all sorts of strange things float around the blogosphere. What was interesting about last season also was that some of the people who went earlier almost beat the lot of them in the big final (ie Wal) so once you are motivated I suppose you can do it outside. I wish there would be a reunion episode for all of season 1 contestants. Some are in the public eye, some are not.
