Major spoiler from the TV Guide!

Beware! TV Guides on various websites (and probably offline) currently have a whopping great big spoiler listed for this Thursday night’s episode. If you don’t want to know, don’t look!

If you’re wondering if the Thursday episode is another one hour version – yes it is.

If you want to know what the guide says, read on!

The contestant who won immunity goes on The Walk and randomly picks the stone that says Pick a female to eliminate. It’s the first time in Biggest Loser history that one contestant has had so much power; and a surprise elimination takes place.

Ouch! This seems more than a bit of a twist too far. Swapping teammates around is one thing, but giving one contestant the power to eliminate anyone else in the game for no good reason at all? That’s just crazy.

One can only hope that one of the “nice” people on the show gets it and eliminates one of the evil people. Say, Laura getting the stone, and eliminating Munnalita for being mean to her?

Please please Munnalita? time to go?
None of the other chicks really bug me.
Is this definitely true? If so I think it’s going too far. Too big-brotherish (I don’t watch Big Brother)

Well it’s possible that Ch10 put false information into the guide but I think they’d probably get in trouble for it if they did?
      So I’d say it’s true, yes. :-/

I wouldn’t be sad to see Pati go, but I’d much prefer it be Munnalita. Pati may not be in an alliance as such, but she’s a bit nasty at times and I don’t much care for that.

Sorry to disappoint you all but Munnalita isn’t home yet ….
Well she wasn’t on Friday. I know that she is playing a bitch but in real life she is a really nice gal !!

    • barbara

She may be all sweetness and light in real life but I can only go by what I see on my screen.
I also hear that Courtney is in it a while longer. But I remember all the rumours last season about who stayed/went and all sorts of strange things float around the blogosphere.
What was interesting about last season also was that some of the people who went earlier almost beat the lot of them in the big final (ie Wal) so once you are motivated I suppose you can do it outside.
I wish there would be a reunion episode for all of season 1 contestants. Some are in the public eye, some are not.

I agree Barbara, it would be interesting to see who stuck with it. However it could be a two edged sword: not only showing us that you can lose weight and keep it off, but on the other hand you can lose it and put it back on tenfold! So it might not be a useful motivational tool. Then again, better than being a tool… like Courtney! ooops, claws in, be nice…

Lesley, ALL the contestants are in New Zealand right now, even eliminated ones.

Are they? Are they going to see the hobbits for weightloss tips? Because they tend to be awfully pudgy little people!
Hopefully that’s the explanation and Munnalita is going away this Thursday!

    • barbara

Why are they in NZ? Please tell me it doesn’t involve bungee jumping.

    • Louise

I think it’s ridiculous to eliminate someone for no reason. I thought the point of the show was to eliminate people for not losing enough wait for the team and stuff, isn’t that what Ajay is always harping about at elimination time? I think this is going too far (unless it’s Moan-a-lotta that goes, then WOOHOO!) lol

Heh, yes, my opinion of it will be altered slightly, depending on who goes. If it’s someone who really deserves to still be there then I’m going to be furious!

If they kick out Munnalita or Pati I’ll be dancing a jig and quietly seething a little on the side… ;-D
