I think the “unhealthiness” of the frozen meals is due to high sodium more than anything – they’re INSANELY high, so… fluid retention ahoy! :S

It was a pretty boring ep as I hate most team sports. So I was thinking, “Do people really get that worked up over a stupid game? I don’t get it.” Yes, I know that red had to win for morale, and I am glad that they did.

I know the Blue Team has a lot of supporters, but in terms of the game and the show, they are just not that interesting to me at this point. Red Team has all the drama and all the whiners… so for me, that is where the entertainment lies. If the preview is anything to judge by, Blue is about to have dramas of its own. From a entertainment POV, YAY!!!!

I have eaten many of those frozen meals, and Myth, they are not all unhealthy. Meat Pie option was in the unhealthy category. I saw Lean Cuisine and other healthier options. However, with some of the the healthy options, there isn’t much to them. I would want some veggies or something to pad it out. So they are probably not liking it much because the meals just don’t go very far.

the reds are such whingers, “boo hoo hoo, the blues are winning all the challenges” – well what was the rowing challenge just before the weigh-in? wasn’t it a challenge? and didn’t reds win it?

the only good sport on the red team was alex. all the others just whine and bitch about how the blue team only won because they were lucky, etc.

at least that’s my perception. good thing we viewers don’t have to vote like in big brother.

Yes, I was sitting around waiting for something big and the episode just sort of kept meandering on and then it was done… I guess it’s hard to top contestants walking out and leaving due to medical issues and controversial eliminations every night of the week. :-)
