Yes, vitawheat is good for you, but it was the big pieces of them, and two of them, etc. I was surprised it was so much more than the ham, but I&#039;d picked it as being probably the more calorie rich of the two.
I&#039;d rather eat ham than vitawheat anyway, so that works out nicely!</description>
